CMA, Master Brow and PMU Specialist / Trainer
Shamiran brings over a decade of aesthetic expertise and nearly two decades of medical practice leadership to Evolve Beauty Bar. Before founding Evolve, she served as a surgical supervisor and practice administrator at a medical practice for over 17 years, developing unmatched clinical expertise and precision. As a certified medical assistant, she brings hands-on medical knowledge to every service, from permanent makeup, assisting with select vitamin and wellness treatments, to laser services, ensuring the highest standard of safety and results.
Guided by faith, purpose, and a passion for helping others feel their best, Shamiran leads Evolve with intention and heart. Clients leave feeling confident, radiant, and cared for, experiencing luxury and meticulous attention to detail at every step. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and two boys, traveling, and discovering unique dining experiences.
Cristie
CMA, CPT, Laser, Skin, and Body Contouring Specialist
Cristie brings nearly 20 years of medical and aesthetic experience to Evolve Beauty Bar as the lead aesthetician. Certified as a medical assistant and phlebotomist, she specializes in advanced lasers, facials, chemical peels, and a full range of medical-grade skincare treatments. Her result-driven approach and artistic expertise leave clients feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.
Outside the spa, Cristie enjoys family time, seeing different parts of the world, and embracing unique adventures—from skydiving to local events. Her energy and dedication carry into every client experience.
Jazmine
Master Lash Specialist
Jazmin has been a dedicated member of the Evolve Beauty Bar team for over six years, with over a decade of experience in lashes and brows. As Senior Lash Technician, she is known for her precision and artistry, creating customized results that leave clients feeling polished and confident.
A newlywed and proud mom to her daughter Nova, Jazmin enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, being outdoors, and relaxing with her favorite shows. Her warmth and attention to detail shine through in every client experience.
Ramsha
Aesthetician, Laser and Lash Tech
Ramsha has been a valued member of the Evolve Beauty Bar team for several years, blending marketing expertise with hands-on aesthetic skills. As Marketing Specialist and Client Experience Director, she ensures every client feels welcomed, cared for, and part of the Evolve community.
She is skilled in laser treatments, facials, aesthetic services, and lash applications, creating seamless, confidence-boosting experiences. She also assists during injectables, ensuring every visit feels effortless and personalized. Outside of work, Ramsha enjoys time with her husband and family, connecting with friends, gardening, and exploring new restaurants.
Oleen
PMU Specialist / Trainer
Brows, Eyeliner, Lip Blushing
Oleen is a skilled permanent makeup specialist with over six years of experience, specializing in brows, eyeliner, and lip blushing. Known for her precision and artistry, she enhances each client’s natural features with customized, long-lasting results that leave them feeling confident and effortlessly polished.
Her expertise extends beyond the studio, as she travels to different states to perform services and stays current with industry trends and techniques. Oleen is passionate about delivering high-quality results while ensuring every client feels comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.
Outside of work, Oleen enjoys spending time with her four children, being with family and friends, attending events, and embracing new experiences.
Victoria
Lash Tech / Spray Tan Tech
Victoria has been a valued member of the Evolve Beauty Bar team for several years, bringing a strong background in design and creativity to every service. As a Lead Lash Technician, she specializes in lashes, brows, waxing, and spray tans, delivering precise, personalized results that leave clients feeling confident and polished.
She also plays a role in shaping Evolve’s content, contributing her creativity and eye for detail. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, including Italy, Europe, Alaska, Colorado, and Canada, as well as spending time with friends.
Lisandra
Lash and Brow Tech, Waxing
Lisandra brings eight years of experience in the aesthetics industry as a licensed esthetician, with certifications in lash extensions, laser hair removal, advanced esthetics, and permanent makeup. She specializes in creating customized treatments that enhance natural beauty while delivering confident, refined results for every client.
Fluent in Spanish, Lisandra creates a welcoming and comfortable experience for a diverse range of clients. Her background, including previously running her own business, reflects her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional care.
Outside of work, Lisandra enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her family. She has a passion for sports—including football, basketball, and baseball—and loves cheering on the Chicago Cubs, bringing that same energy into every client experience.
